The Artful Planning Collection is our most exclusive offering and it is an all-inclusive, personalized service for anyone looking to enjoy the event planning journey without the stress of planning the event at all. Our team of seasoned planners will be in charge of every single aspect of your event and guide you in determining what the day could look like. Once expectations are set, our work begins. 

To provide the unparalleled service your event deserves, Artful Events & Design limits itself to planning two all-inclusive events per year. The planning fee is 15% of the overall spend and it is directly related to the scope of your wedding or event.

The Artful Planning Collection

Full Planning & Design includes: (Customizations can be made to meet your event needs)
  • Unlimited email and phone communication with the Lead Planner
  • Personalized Online Planning Center - Aisle Planner
  • Budget creation and management
  • Vendor team selection and management
  • Complete event design and custom design proposal
  • Three planning and design consultations, in addition to the final meeting and vendor meetings
  • Monthly to-do and check-in emails
  • Floor layout planning
  • Venue walkthrough 4-6 weeks before the event
  • Rehearsal management (1 hour), if applicable
  • Event management and execution on the event day with a Lead Planner and Assistant Planner(s)

Full Planning & Design is designed for anyone looking to bring on board an event planning team to orchestrate a tailored celebration and provide a seamless experience from conceptualization to execution. 

Percentage based service (10% of the overall budget). Minimum investment $10,000.

Full Planning & Design

Partial Planning & Design includes:
  • Unlimited email communication with the Lead Planner
  • Online Planning Center - Aisle Planner
  • Assistance with finding up to three vendors
  • Assistance with finalizing the event design
  • Two planning and design consultations, in addition to the final meeting
  • Monthly to-do and check-in emails
  • Venue walkthrough 4-6 weeks before the event
  • Rehearsal management (1 hour), if applicable
  • Event management and execution on the event day with a Lead Planner and Assistant Planner(s)

Partial Planning & Design is designed for anyone looking to partner with an event planner to complete the planning process and the creative aspects of the event. You will work closely with one of our experienced planners to finalize all of the important details, and rest assured your event will be perfectly executed from start to finish.

Partial Planning & Design

Event Management includes:
  • Virtual Kick-off Meeting to get organized
  • Access to AE&D Planning Tools 
  • Monthly to-do emails
  • One planning meeting to discuss: Day-of Timeline, Ceremony Planning, Vendor Team, Wedding Day To-Dos
  • Final venue walkthrough leading to the event
  • Timeline preparation

Event Management offers support leading to the event as well as day-of coordination with an unparalleled team of planners who will be onsite executing all of the logistics of the event and coordinating the vendor team.

Event Management

Event Design includes:
  • Two creative consultations (initial consultation + design meeting)
  • Complete custom design proposal including theme, color scheme, small/large details, installations, lighting, mood boards
  • Design vendor recommendations and management
  • Deliver a production timeline to design vendors and manage logistics leading to the event

Event Design delivers the tailored experiences your guests will have at your event. Our team of talented designers are dedicated to curating intentional celebrations that reflect your unique style and vision.

Event Design

Custom Floral Design includes: 
  • Creative consultation
  • Floral design proposal 
  • Access to tabletop decor rentals such as candle holders and votives
  • We may create the following arrangements for your event:

  • Delivery, set up, and tear down

Personal, ceremony, and reception flower arrangements that enhance the complete look of the event. From bridal bouquets to floral installations, we design and create all kinds of arrangements for your event. Every floral piece we create is custom, and we collaborate with you to bring your floral’s vision to life.

Minimum investment $3,000 (No minimum for planning clients)

Where do we start?

After completing our inquiry form, you will hear from us within 24-48 hours with more details about the service(s) you are interested in. A complimentary consultation and a proposal for services will follow before booking services.

Who will be my Lead Planner?

We have an incredible team of experienced event planners with different specialities. We will partner you with the Lead Planner that best fits the type of event you are having and availability. Full Planning and Partial Planning clients will be introduced to their Lead Planner right after services are booked during our onboarding process. Event Management clients will be introduced to their Lead Planner at least three months before the event.

What is AE&D’s preferred method of communication?

Our preferred method of communication is email. Phone calls will be scheduled ahead of time, the same for in-person meetings. Text messages will not be responded to on time so we recommend avoiding that method of communication, unless it is an emergency or a very urgent matter.

What tools do you have available to help us with planning?

Our online planning center, Aisle Planner, is available to our Full Planning and Partial Planning clients from the time they book our services. This online planning center includes tools such as a custom checklist, timeline, budget tracker, event design, guest tracker, layout and seating, vendor contacts, and more. Some tools will be personalized to our clients’ event needs to provide unparalleled organization through the event planning journey.  

Our Event Management clients will get access to Aisle Planner six months before the event. The tools available will be: a timeline, vendor contacts, and notes page. 

Do you charge for travel within Minnesota and Wisconsin?

We do. The travel fee covers roundtrip mileage for the day-of team managing your event. Fees are calculated from our studio (55410) and the location of your event. If your event is taking place over an hour from our studio, an overnight stay for the day-of team will be required. Travel and lodging fees (if applicable) will be presented to you in the proposal for services prior to booking with us.

How about travel for weddings or events in Chicago/Illinois?

Our services for Chicago/Illinois include travel for your Lead Planner. We have a satellite office in Chicago in the West Loop and roundtrip mileage will be calculated from that office to your event location for the day-of team.
