The Artful Planning Collection is our most comprehensive offering; a personalized, high-end planning and design service for any couple looking to enjoy the wedding planning journey without the stress of planning the wedding at all. Our Creative Director, Naomi, will be in charge of every single aspect of your wedding and guide you in determining what the day could look like. Once expectations are set, our work begins. 

To provide the unparalleled service your wedding deserves, Artful Events & Design limits itself to planning two all-inclusive weddings per year. The planning fee is 18% of the overall spend and it is directly related to the scope of your wedding.

Designed for couples looking to collaborate with our talented team to conceptualize and execute all the creative aspects of the wedding and complete the planning process. This offering is ideal for the couple who requires full wedding design and minimal planning assistance.

Design & wedding management

Designed for couples who are planning (and designing) the entire wedding themselves but want to ensure the day is executed seamlessly and with precision.

This service includes access to our online planning center, two months of unlimited communication leading up to the wedding day, and day-of management for up to 12 hours with a Lead Planner and Assistant Planner.

how does it work?

Who will be my Lead Planner?

We have an incredible team of experienced event planners with different specialities. We will partner you with the Lead Planner that best fits the type of event you are having and availability.

What is AE&D’s preferred method of communication?

Our preferred method of communication is email. Phone calls will be scheduled ahead of time, the same for in-person meetings. Text messages will not be responded to on time so we recommend avoiding that method of communication, unless it is an emergency or a very urgent matter.

What tools do you have available to help us with planning?

Our planning clients get access to Aisle Planner, our online planning center, from the time they book our services. This online planning center includes tools such as a checklist, timeline builder, budget tracker, event design, guest tracker, layout and seating, vendor contacts, and more. Some tools will be personalized to our clients’ event needs to provide unparalleled organization through the event planning journey.  


Do you charge for travel?

We do. For locations within 3 hours from Minneapolis, our team will drive and a travel fee will be charged to cover roundtrip mileage. Fees are calculated from our studio (55410) and the location of your event. If your event is taking place over an hour from our Minneapolis, an overnight stay for the day-of team will also be required. Travel and lodging fees (if applicable) will be included in your total investment.
